Born just south of Indianapolis, Indiana, Laura always knew she wanted to be in the entertainment industry.

At age 4, she began dance lessons, which turned into years of regional and national dance competitions. She studied ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and gymnastics. Once in high school, she became a member of the national champion showchoir groups (Debtones and Sound System), as well as performing in all of the plays and musicals.

After high school, she attended Otterbein College on a dance scholarship and took on a Broadcasting major. While attending her major courses and dance classes, she took voice lessons, gaining skills in classical and musical theate genres. Her dreams continued to grow, as did her hunger for opportunity; so she moved to the golden coast! She transferred to California State University Fullerton, double majoring and graduating with a BA in Theatre and a BA in Television/Film Production. She also joined the prestigious sisterhood Alpha Chi Omega and went on the become the Panhellenic's Vice President of Finance. Although she was quite the busy bee, when Laura wasn't working on studies, she was modeling or hosting red carpet events for HollywoodBuzz TV.

Post college, Laura began modeling full time in Los Angeles. Almost immediately after moving into the heart of Hollywood, she was requested to be seen and walk in New York Fashion Week. She walked for 12 designers her first season! Continuing her travels, she left for Thailand. She booked multiple commercials, lookbooks, runway, and even a worldwide campaign for a large European brand.

Since moving back, Laura has continued modeling and acting, but also recently started a fashion and lifestyle blog called GoldieLegs. The blog mainly revolves around fashion, but food, fitness, and travel play into it as well. As Laura puts it...fashion your passion!

Laura's passion for the arts continues to grow, and so does her drive. She is very blessed to have been able to make a career out of what she loves and can't wait to see what the future holds for her.
